Stealed Kills in CTF. What?

I have seen players accuse their team mates of "steal-kill". Ugh. This is a team game. In one way or another, we should be helping each other to achieve that ultimate goal, which is to CTF. I cannot fathom what goes on in other players' minds when they think of their own team stealing kills. Just saying.
