I don't think it's going to be limited time only. It's like the beach antenna promo, it's the new cap promo so it'll stay. No proof yet.

Do the horns look different on different classes? Because thats not how it looks on bears lol

The bears have a shorter right horn, the mage has two long horns, and the bird has two bicycle handles on their head.

Yea each class has a different look. Both horns on mages are as big as the larger one on bears.
