Does Arcane(loot) can be obtain by luck reroll?

yes it can but there needs to be mythic loot that drops from enemy.

i only have 1 screenshot for evidence - this was during labyrinth event.


im sure it works elsewhere though, as long as theres a mythic item and arcane item in the same loot table.

for super rare items such as immortal shackle - idk, perhaps its alone in its own loot table.
