Been playing since open beta and still have never had a squid/xrays/much helm drop. I think I'm the only beta player who has never had one. I think my first vanity drop was when voleria released and all I got was a crappy Comedy mask.

Yes, servers are down for pretty much everyone. They're having trouble with it clearly.
I tried with Wifi/4G/Computer, and even my little brother tried logging on. It will most likely be fixed later today or sometime tomorrow hopefully.

Yea sorry to hear that. I guess I got lucky with only using 30 instead of 60. I was upset I didn't get it the first time and told myself I'll do it once more, and then I got it. Thought the drop rate seemed high from what I got, but from this forum guess not.
