General Notes

First of all you must have at least one respec. Really good for one on one

Skills

Here is a list of skills that you should have for this set-up
5 Points in focus
5 Points in Blast Shot
5 Points in Break Armor
3 Points in Evasion
You should also align the skills in the hotkey bar as shown below


Stats

What you want to do is poor all your Stat points into DEX to get the maximum damage from your blast shot


Equipment

Helm - Scabby's Sniper Helm if not Assassin's Sniper Helm
Weapon - Jewel Thief's Forest bow if not Forest bow of Finesse
Armor- Any of the lvl15 Plat armors or lvl jewel thief's leather

Tactics

When you see the opponent buff (use focus and evasion) click the auto attack then Break Armor and Blast shot. This tactic should allow you to kill any enchantress in one hit as well as other avians, Bears should go down seconds after the Blast Shot

A snipers auto crossbow, or auto crossbow of the eagle is better IMO.

Mage weakness neuters avians since focus does not increase damage and their damage is so low at 19.

auto crossbow is much faster, but it has lower damage. Forrest bow is slower, but damage is higher than xbow. Therefore it has higher chance of one kill when all your skill are used at once. Well that's my theory :P I could be wrong though...

I haven't done any level 19 PvP yet, but what about moving the 3 points from evasion to shattering scream? Seems crazy maybe to PvP without a defensive buff, but it's a 1-shot setup anyway, and Focus->Break Armor->Cruel Blast combo would be pretty devastating at that level it would seem...
