    Question Dear community, what you guys think about Arcane Legends Support Team/Service?

    I joined this game in 2015 and left the game soon after, i remember that Support's was way quicker than today
    Sent them request to recover my account which have been deleted because of facebook login, sent them proofs of me having support emails from 2015 and all this was sent to them 4 DAYS AGO :O
    I did not received any response from them at all
    I am wondering why it takes this long for them to respond, having alot of support requests does not counts as an answer
    cant handle that much support requests? hire more people, right?

    5-6 days brother u will automatically receive a email support, also if u have a proof of purchase like buying a platinum the recovery will be more faster.

    Thank you alot for letting me know, i sadly do not have it, it was an android phone, purchase was made on it in 2015, but i have original email of account also i know my username, i randomly saw a spacetime message on my email like 2 weeks ago and thats why i decided to come back

    We're on winter break from until Dec 18, 2023 to Jan 2, 2024. Once we get back from break, we'll need a few days to catch up with the queue.

    You are too kind to them to respond your mails. If you ask in a different way pretty sure they will respond in seconds. I had a long conversation with them when my account got banned, sooo ..... You should try.

    It takes so long to respond to support or they don't even respond at all since it's possibly a topic that doesn't interest them. Does anyone know how to tell me why the delay is so long?

    In real life people tend to have jobs and within those jobs they get vacation during the holidays which means they are out with their family doing what ever. This results in them not working during those times which means there will be a delay.
    The holidays in real life consist but are not limited to: New Years, Christmas, Easter, July 4th independence day, Labor day, Memorial day, and Thanks giving. During these times people who work at jobs tend to have these days off.

    I understand what you are saying my good friend, but it seems to me that they always responded to me in less than a day and now I've been a week without any contact from support or they don't want to respond to me.

    Default Important decision

    I post to see if an administrator can give me an answer because I plan to invest 70€ in the game (insignificant figure I know) but I want to invest it in an account that we already know that it is not allowed to say (BA*) so there I have no problem in spending without problem
    I have already sent an appeal but they haven't replied for a week yet.
    Well, I don't know if I will get it back or how profitable it will be to start again in a new account.
