Hello devs

I have tried heroic eggsorcist aa and it isn’t correct it only gives 23,78% haste and not 50% haste as it should I tried with different sets and it came out with the same results here is the my normal haste with Arcanite love pupper and here is also the haste with the arcane Ability of heroic eggsorcist I should have 99,50% haste not 73,28% as it
