Broken loot table?

My farm team has been rushing AO2.4, in search of a shock lance, and last night we ran it about 30 times. Every run the boss dropped an average of 1-2 pinks, but every 3-4 runs he would not drop a pink.

This morning I have run the same dungeon another 20-30 times, and ZERO pinks dropped from the boss. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

On a related note, I have run Plasma Pyramid about 50 times, full clear. The bosses dropped a typical amount of pinks, but I have yet to see any trash mobs drop a pink. Is this intended due to the number of bosses in PP?

The first issue you mention is likely just stochasticity rearing it's ugly, unpredictable head. Simply put, you had good luck last night, bad luck this morning. The issue with common mobs not dropping pinks is not unusual. Common mobs rarely ever drop pinks at all. I've seen it a handful of times, and almost always in lower levels. If you mean the Lesser Djinn, they are sort of minibosses, and drop pinks occasionally, but not all that often.
