no reward for completed quests

First of all it is great to see this game up and running again. Though I think the problem was out of your control...well done on keeping us informed...the free dungeons change I also applaud. Anyway...today I completed "more tomes" and "friends like these" in balefort castle...both times I accepted the int. rewards and I didn't receive either of them...this was a few minutes before the system shut down to "fix mage bunny ears". Any response would be welcome...with or without a fix I would not stop playing this game...my name is also "catfaces" in the game...thanks.
