Is it actually that op , does it have any effect on it , why is it arcane rarity while paracelous and mentis were mythics and seem superior in every way , very curious about it , is that green gaze effect from it ?

Yes the green effect comes from the soul reaper version. Para is an old gem, so it's hard to compare and shard doesn't have a proc, so it's better statwise, than soulbinder.

Ye I just noticed that & the other big deal is that it’s a jewel , so it’s removable , didn’t know that b4 , now it makes a lot of sense .
