So, now that we have full sb set can we switch the guarantee to sb items after this event? Or at least include them? Looting Kraken helms as guarantee is getting a bit tiring tbh. Thanks in advance!!!

It is very powerful but running full Star Beast (and mixes of Star, Zaar, Kraken over the past several weeks) it doesn't feel 'broken.'
I'm sure you noticed that it is not a stacking damage buff but a multiplier (that only applies if you have less than 2X damage active at the time of the proc).
Of course, if my assessment of this piece turns out to be wildly inaccurate I will make the necessary adjustments.

SB Pendant: restores 10-15% MANA and HP every second for 10s.
Rogue ultimate: Restores 20%hp/s for 15s.

One of these is RNG and can happen any time you're in combat. The other is something that you can use after charging up your Ultimate.
I don't see why these two things can't coexist (especially since the mechanics are not Rogue-specific).

As we only have 1 item with a multiplier now
