I want know if I get refund since used the expensive 30 plat 10min lixs for extra points and now u say our creativity is abuse. I mean if we didn’t do this 2nd run we place doll and can’t enter cuz access lix was not auto removed and I place my doll and cant enter cuz lix not renew and runs off same time and etc. every run we had to manually delete the access lix
so basically lb runners need refund hunter lixs and dolls if points are reduced, my point of view as average runner , ty

Yes the farmer's elixirs are expensive should refund the elixirs used for those portals too
Dolls too, placing new doll wasn’t renewing the access lix …
And was same for all before and it’s same for all after the update. I don’t see why this is needed

What happened today wasn’t fair ! Me losing 100k points mean i lost days ot farming those who complained are just far behind and want an excuse to catch up even if this was a mistake we shouldnt be punished over a devs mistake i farmed hard non stop since event started paid so much gold and used actual energy kits !

1- almost no one knew it was a bug and i never knew it was a bug i thought it was a correct way of doing cuz you needed to pay attention and u need med to be op and fast ! I never knew its a bug

Your first assertion is untrue. Players absolutely saw this as an exploit. It wasn't about "paying attention;" and the method was never something a reasonable player would see as the 'correct' way of doing it.
Removing the points gained via this exploit is fair and the right thing to do.
Furthermore you have no right to shut down someone else's opinion of your opinion. If you want a private conversation with the developers use the private message system. Forum posts are public.

What happened with the elixirs and dolls is actually the reverse - players exploited the number of Farmer Elixirs and the number of Dolls involved... so it's not a refund situation.
Case for a refund would be, for instance: you lost a Doll but failed to gain access to the zone, or if you used an Elixir and didn't get bonus points, etc.
Not the other way 'round.
