avoid harassment

I would like you to give me a solution to this case or a way to block this user, any suggestion counts, I had a problem this year, there is 1 guy who creates new accounts and deletes them immediately after being insulted or saying things private, you don't have time to investigate who it is to block them or report them for harassment, how do I do in these cases to avoid harassment? Once I complained to support and they didn't solve anything or respond to me and they are still bothering a colleague, this person.

You can always enable the existing reject tells option, but not quite the solution if you're constantly buying or selling in towns where you have to turn this option off all the time.

Hence, a new filter option that ignores accounts made in a specific date that you can set. For instance, all accounts made in the past day, or week, or month and so on will be ignored... So any new accounts from that person will be rejected.

However, other players with new accounts aside from that guy will also be ignored. But I doubt, or very unlikely for anyone else with a new account created the past day/week would try to pm you if not that guy.
