Is it too late to add cosmic Darklight crystal as furniture loot from bosses during this event? Maybe it can be furniture loot from Elite Elder Woods cavern maps?

I'll have to make the crystal and dress available at some later point, it's too late for this event.

Can we able to loot the title and the badge by just using the banner without the glasses equip?

You need the glasses equipped for the banner and you need the banner and the glasses equipped for the badge/title.
