House Slots For Hardcore Mode Seems Limited

It seems that I reached 800/800 House Furnitures in my Hardcore Character and cannot purchase anymore house slots.
I have tried to purchase more but it says the limit is 700.

It shows in the Public Home Arlorian Show that some people have more than 849+ house slots

As a hardcore player that still tries to place furnitures in the crib , is there any chance of this getting updated so I can purchase more house slots in the future? Thanks in advance

You have the max slots, but you're not using the largest house type, so that's the difference.
