Accidentally opened Title

I accidentally opened an egg on an alt. One that I spent $50 USD on of plat. I asked support if they can help and was told no. I didn’t even summon the pet it’s just in stable.

I’m going to guess the same will go for titles. :-

Massive suck though. Sorry it happened to you. It’s a small business and they probably just don’t have the manpower to work through all these little issues and focus their efforts on content.
