What gears for Elite rehab like what gear should I buy to kill boss solo or dou like I saw noob stats but they always somehow still make boss 100% HP to 1% in a matter of sec how to do that? What gear should I get?

The usual Kraken set.
Krak wep- Gun, Bow, Sword
Krak arm
Krak belt
Krak arti
Immo brace

After proc you can switch to high stat items like starbeast.
If you have boss damage awakes in them the more damage you can deal.

Bow is better. +100bd and huge dmg to single target

If you are mage you can do it with hyperos+kraken armor +3/3star set and a pet that gives you critical damage/haste rest can be anything

Same on Warrior with Neptaris. With good awakes and loadout you won't even need beast against erahab.
