Nop same spend all day trying to purchase and same, is fake i even tried with my sys acc and same even recorded , i think wasted of money and time, had to ask fo refund .It is real, every trade has a trick to it.

for real, i waited the whole day on the 14th to purchase and it was always sold out even when timer resets....

We only had 5 available per interval this time, so these sold out instantly. It's hard trying to find the right balance here. We also encountered this with the Necromancer's Aura, so for the last few events, we just made unlimited auras available for purchase, but we reverted back to limited availability for this one.

Could you please explain to all of us what the reason for limited availability? In truth it was too limited.
You knew people would go out and buy platinum, that goes without saying.
You need to explain to your customers why you didn't state your intentions in your original announcements.
This is not a "toxic" or "salty" post, it's a genuine "calm" question that requires a polite response, otherwise people will believe they were misguided.

The demand was just high so there is no reason to frame the devs for limited quantities. If it was available for the whole event, there would be less demand for it since the prices would skydrop. On top of that, people are less interested in buying aura’s that are not limited availability. I haven’t got it in time too, but it should be this way. These changes needed to be made to create balance in amount of purchases and the value of those items.
They could add a feature tho to inform the customers that the aura is on high demand. This would be helpful to warn people buying plat just for to acquire the aura. Atleast just to prevent people complaining in the forums.
In the preview they could state the availability of the aura (5 per cycle, 10 per cycle, unlimited) to give players an idea of the total number available. This would probably cut down on confusion

Our data shows limited availability is more enticing to players. This one just happened to sell out.
If players have not spent the Platinum, they can always request a refund for in-app purchases from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our Webstore with no penalty.
I think players would just complain that the quantities and intervals are different as we experiment.
