House locations reworked stats

Hi i will suggest you with reworked better stats for house location packs

House locations stats are all very small to be useful they all need rebalance like:
Haunted location pack 10% gold loot -> 100% gold loot
Town location pack 2% luck -> 25% - 50% luck
Other location packs seems somewhat ok but the 2 above none also those 2 stats are very useful for new players and those players who have different stats in equipment instead of their other focused ones

All houses location pack are small not only those two I'd like to see what sts really capable of to do with these i am in +100000
