Star Beast Staff Bug?

So if you compare charged and and standard attacks with the staff( Specifically the damage the proc does) it seems like charged attacks procs do way lower damage per tick. Just the staff proc itself, if you go test the two ways to activate it, the charged proc is doing like 20% the damage per tick compared to activating with a standard attack..

Edit: This was tested on Lord Orrick(LB) + Smear.


Seems like a bug.
