Building upon the current issues, it's imperative to address additional measures to curb fraudulent activities effectively. Here are some proposals:

1. Reduction of Transaction Fees and Increased Maximum Sale Limit:
Reducing transaction fees and raising the maximum permissible sale amount up to 10 figures would incentivize players to utilize in-game trading platforms rather than resorting to external social media groups. The current high fees deter many from using official channels, leading to a proliferation of illicit trading elsewhere.

2. Strengthening Punitive Measures:
To deter repeat offenders, imposing device bans alongside account bans for engaging in black market activities would significantly hinder individuals from circumventing penalties by creating new accounts. This stricter approach reinforces the consequences of participating in illicit activities.

3. Confiscation of Illegitimately Acquired Items:
To prevent the transfer of ill-gotten gains, implementing a policy to confiscate items acquired through fraudulent means, such as auction manipulation, would deter players from engaging in such schemes. Confiscated items should be returned to the auction with the option to repurchase, excluding the involved fraudulent parties.

4. Transparent Ban Process:
Providing banned players with detailed explanations for their bans, including specific instances of misconduct, enhances transparency and accountability within the community. Additionally, making the outcomes of player reports visible to the community fosters trust in the reporting system and ensures that actions are taken against reported misconduct.

5. Expedited Resolution:
Currently, the process from reporting to actioning can take weeks, if not months, leaving a significant window for fraudsters to operate. Live chat support provides real-time assistance, drastically reducing the time it takes to address reported incidents of misconduct. This swift response is crucial in preventing further fraudulent activities and maintaining the integrity of our gaming environment.


By implementing these additional measures, you can fortify the integrity of our gaming environment and foster a community built on fairness and trust.
