Founders?

If I created an account today would I get founders?? Or I too late

I think Founders is purchased with platinum or picked out of a chest that you buy for gold (based on reading other forum posts). It's not a free gift to people who get an account now.

It also sounds like it is just the name of the low level set that is purchasable to make lower levels easier and will continue to be available when the game goes WW.

This is all based on several other posts on this subject that i have read. I hope this helps, but please don't quote me on it =)
