Very serious mage question for gear !

Hey. I'm returning after 2 years+- and looking for some advice.
First question: artifacts
Warlock vs kraken Arti
Not sure what to buy for Dmg and proc.
1)Dmg is the same on both , 25%
2) speed is irrelevant for me , since it doesn't help fight that much.
3) one has 25% Dmg reduction/ second one has 25% HP boost , which from my point of view are completely the same at the end .
So which one to buy ? There is very big difference in price , that's why I'm not sure what I'm missing.


2) second question, is kraken staff the best staff i can buy for proc and Dmg? I have seen a lot of hate on it, that aquaris is the same . So would like to hear some opinions , since price difference is insane again .

Kraken best staff ofc...but for bosses u need gun

warlock is still amazing, dont need kraken arti yet. i suggest using kraken gun but its more expensive than staff. staff can still clear miniboss and do decent damage to boss. kraken gun needs kraken armor to shred bosses.

The only thing is... No one is selling mage gears, I have been finding them for 4 days now but couldn't get a single normal price gear... All are overpriced.

With all gl gears being dropped there's no such thing as "normal" now wait after 2-3 months and only then price settles as of now you either buy or wait more
