Is this elixir the same as the others? Meaning it will only tick down when in a dungeon? Or just it tick down from day of purchase weather your ingame or not?

I'm fairly sure that its starts as soon as your purchase it whether your in a dungeon, town, or offline.

To clear things up for you Yes the 7 day elixer does pause when your off line or in town.
It may not have in other sts games like PL but it does in arcane legends. Ive had my 7day elixer since day one of update and I still have 6days 10hours on my elixer. I am already 21 so not much I can do with it but yes it does pause.

Yes, it pauses when you're not in the dungeon. I bought it 3 weeks ago when I was leveling up to 16, and now I'm using it to level up to 21, and still got around 4 days left on it. I would say it's a pretty good deal.

The 7-day elixir lasts 7 days of actual in-game dungeon playing. It pauses when you are in town and when you are logged off.

I also thought it was 7 days, whenever online of off. But I just checked, I've only used 12 hours of mine
