The website has to collect the character names, send them to us and we have to process them and grant the Platinum. At this point on a Friday, just to set expectations I'd wager the Platinum will go out early next week.Originally Posted by Superduper

I bought a game from BigFishGames for $2.99 (new users only), and although it can take TrialPay up to 3 days to credit the plat to your AL account, they did eventually credit it (and it's like 240 plat!!). Ignore the "Instantly" sign on the button.
I hope this work for me as well. Already wasted 6$ to Big Fish, yet not 1 free plat added to my account. It's been 2 days.
