I mean they're participating this contest by using their alts name tooo(most of em are lvl 1-5),thus each name get 75 plat?thus exploiting the system

Fairly sure they are account based, not toon based. Also, a fyi, do not abuse the free plat offers. I know of one person that got banned by spamming the videos.
