Help with attributes

I'm an archer and I am lvl 18 but need help increasing attributes as they are low, can anyone help???

You gain 5 attribute points everytime you level up. Apart from that you can't get them without leveling up. Just keep grinding it out in dungeons. Try to join a game with a full party as you'll get more kills and rack up experience that much faster.

Grind it out and stick to it, everything will come in time.

Also as an archer, it's best to spend all your points on Dex. Spreading them out will leave you less effective and possibly unable to equip the best gear.

yes, as royce said it's best to put it in all dex.
it increases your critical, dodge and hit% by a great deal. also your skills get much, much stronger.
