Some tips for choosing join a guild :
Follow ToS (Terms of Service).
Have ethics.
A good guild is cooperating in elite team and pve/pvp, they don't leave you unless lagging so much or disconnect or talking firstly about the war in pvp.
Sharing knowledge about build (any class).
Helping explore map.
If there's a bad people in one guild that always provocative and he kicked from guild, its a nice guild.

I saw your post that you were looking for a guild. I think that Immaculate might be perfect for you. We are an international guild with many active and friendly players in both PVP and PVE. We have a few basic rules but nothing harsh. I can explain those if you would like to know more.

While Immaculate has a decent guild ranking we don't obsess over it. We are fun and helpful. Members help each other with achievements and there are always several members on.

I'd love to tell you more just let me know if you are interested (You have private messages turned off on the forums BTW).
