what is re-roll and got lucky... am been seen this on a player at kraag tomb 3...

It means the person is using a reroll elixir. When a reroll occurs, you get a chance to reroll the loot for something better. Hence, there is a better chance of getting a pink. I'm not entirely sure on the full mechanism of the reroll elixir in AL though.

Is it just me, or do re-roll elixirs never seem to do anything? I know it's only a 25% chance, but I seem to get re-rolls way less than a 1-in-4 average. I have no hard numbers to back this up, it's just an observation.

Or...do re-rolls in this game work as actual legit re-rolls, where if you get a re-roll it's not necessarily an automatic upgrade like in PL?

The way i understand the reroll is you get two drops, and recieve the better of the two.

When your using a luck elixer and u reroll whatever drop u were going to get upgrades to the next rarity.
White-Green, Green- Purple, Purple- Pink

Works that way for every other sts game I dont see why it would change.
Had a 60min luck elixer never got a white on any of my rerolls.
