    Default Permission request

    hi all

    I'm a lvl27 archer on Altera, I'm a belgian guy living in Tokyo and have been meeting an impressive number of japanese players at night, including a huge bunch who don't speak English enough to follow the news and patches, so I was wondering if the Devs team would allow me to have a thread in Japanese for support and light translations.
