Weapon upgrade system

+Opportunity to improve weapon damage- adding modifier to it.

Modifier have certain percent of success, failure and destroy chance.
Modifier have limit of possible improvement.
The higher improvement- the higher failure and destroy chance.
Success chance can be improved by 'luck' modifier- used on character.
After destroying of weapon character gets modifiers used.
Weapon gets visual effect after some stage of improvement.

Example of success: Weapon(10 Damage, ...)+Modifier=Weapon +1(11 Damage, ...)
Example of failure: Weapon +2(12 Damage, ...)+Modifier=Weapon +1(11 Damage, ...)
Example of destroy: Weapon +7(17 Damage, ...)+Modifier=Modifiers used(x8)
