Well problem is I guess in my daily blessing. I didn't get any combo elixir more then 3 weeks now...
It doesn't matter if I get it on time I still get armor or damage one.
So how is this possible?

It is possible, but it seems VERY unlucky to me, I do not know if it is a bug, but maybe you should contact support?
Maybe I run out of luck.. I had problem with daily already, my blessing would just disappear after a while but I think thats fixed..

It's totally random. So while it's unlikely, out of thousands and thousands of players, there will be some who don't get a combo elixir in a 3 week period. I guess you are the unlucky one.
