Why does it seem every patch recently someone has to post about elite chest nerf or overall pink nerf. NO they DID NOT. Probability is still low that you will receive a chest or pink so if you dont get one its not because of nerf just because its low so everyother person isnt getting one or the other

Yep. True dat.
5 elite runs since yesterday.
I got 2 elite copper and 1 elite silver.
In one of those runs I saw 2 elite copper, 1 elite silver, and one elite gold drop to the 4 party members.
AL: Rare (Rogue)/Common (Warrior)/Mythic (Sorcerer)
probably because they're not getting any.

Drop rates have not changed.
As with anything that is chance and pretty rare, there is always a good bit of speculation.
