its not an absolute number. There are hidden decimals in the game. This is why sometimes you can get armour sayings +0 or +0, why my +4 armour helmet and my +5 armour helmet give me the same defence of 30 (for example)

Have tested it my self.
Archers need 11 int to get 1m/s
however, a archer with 10 int, AND a equipment which gives 1m/s will give a total of 2m/s
This could mean that int is some how multiplying your m/s, rather then a direct ratio of Xint =Ym/s


So yeah, it is alittle more complex that
