Help me, I keep getting scammed!!!

I am a level 22 enchantress, and over the past 2 days, I have been playing for a few hours in Balefort Castle. Two separate times, pink items for an enchantress have dropped, and have been given off to other players. Immediately, these players bolt and leave me for dead. I follow them and ask them kindly if they could help me out, but every time the person seems extremely rude. How can I stop these thieves and claim what is rightfully mine???

dude thats typical...thats not scamming first off...second off thats a typical pl player...and third off all enchantress isnt for you it drops at random and if it doesnt drop on you tough luck...better luck next time

Its NOT rightfully yours, It is THEIRS, they keep it and sell it for cash -.- Drop the begging act, Go farm like the rest of us, and stfu

it's their pinks. they aren't stealing anything. if they found it it's theirs, and if they don't want to share you can go cry in your corner. just play more like the rest of us and maybe you'll actually find one yourself. just because mexicans have burritos doesn't mean Americans don't buy and eat them, they are delicious! you don't deserve anything until its yours.
