Im pretty sure bigger luck is 25% chance and isn't thrasher a 30% luck?
I'm sure they worry that any higher single buy luck would cut into profits. Not what they want.
But hey...what do I know?

Profits, yes. How many PL players are content with 2nd best? Most label them as noobs. Crafted vs. Non-crafted - stats are similar, cost is not. My point is, the elite 10% would run out and buy regardless of price or level of increased luck over Bigger Luck.I'm sure they worry that any higher single buy luck would cut into profits. Not what they want.
