I just tried and got in. Uninstall Google Chrome and reinstall from https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

I've tried everything that got on my mind, clearing data, cache, reinstalling, updating graphics controller, previous version of chrome.. everything. All became after i installed win 8.1, everything was working good for me on windows 7.
