Best farming locations for pinks and a couple of questions

Hi there, I was wondering what your favourite and best pink item farming locations are.

Also specifically, does anyone know what area/mob drops flamestrike weapons?

Does anyone know if elite maps have higher chances to drop pinks than non-elite map locations?

Try going to Skeller Returns alone, without a group. If you must have a group, only have one other person. Not sure about elite maps, but it sure seems like it should have better drops. Experiment a bit.

Elite maps drop better gear, but afaik, it drops at the same rate.

FYI - I got a flamestrike weapon from an elite Jarl golden chest...

I think chests all drop from the same pool. I don't know, it would be nice if sts gave more info on how drops work with chests and maps and such.

Elite copper chests can drop the same as golden and silver I believe. Just different rates.

I got my flamestrike in a elite silver chest
