My Twink

So I'm gunna work on a Twink.
He will be a dex bear, but should he be lv19 or lv29 and what should my stats be if lv19 or lv29 and what skills should he have?

Since those twink levels are for PvP, be sure to get the advice from people in that forum. Twinks are loosely based on their items, so your primary stat should be high enough to use your best item. The rest still goes on Dex. For a Dex Bear, the rest goes on Str.

go 29 if you want to be unique but not have many people to play
go 19 if you want to go with the crowd and have lots of people to play

the skills that are the best are
crushing blow stomp rage iron blood super mega slash and slash choose from those id say but some other people mix it up and they do great.
