can u guys check to make sure the armor buff for rogues smoke bomb is working?

Rogue's are supposed to get a 20% armor buff when we spec masked presence. I look on my avatar screen and my armor doesn't go up at all when standing in the smoke. Razer shield grants a 20% dodge buff and it shows up so I just was wondering why the armor buff doesn't show?

Edit: I just double checked and the 15% damage buff isn't showing up either.
