Help...Mage or Warrior

Well I have level 15 mage and soon to be level 15 warrior

Problem is, Im having trouble of which one should be my main character

Im a mage type of guy, played RF/Ro/Rose online and i was a mage all the time

But in this game, it seems like its really wise and advisable to pick a warrior,coz they are the best in farming (since everything here runs on money) and they have the highest def, HP, plus their skills that saves you from using pots so much

So..I like a mage but keep popping pots....or warrior which is aright but will make you a Donald Trump of guy in the game?

If ure a mage type stick with mage. Yes warrior do have high armor and they might can farm faster but mages are the damage dealers. So if mage is ur favorite, then tht should be ur main.Let the warrior be ur sub funding ur main.

I suspect in the long run (higher levels) he mage will be much easier to farm with. I know that's how it is in PL. Mages can destroy the mobs much quicker than warriors.

I've always been the Mage type, or magical hybrid like a paladin, in every mmo I've played, so I stuck with Mage for AL as well. I haven't played any of the other classes yet though, so the only advice I can offer is to stick with the class youre always more drawn to as your main.

I've ended up making a character for each class, but never been into it as much to get good with them, but it's always good to have a character in each class in case a party needs one for an instance.

I've played both mage and rogue-- here is my input.

The mages only real strength over a rogue is the AoE and CC. If future encounters increase the need for this, being a mage will be much more valuable. Mages lose hands down in a single-target DPS to rogues [a qualified statement as I've played both to the current endgame]-- and the Jarl encounter that sums up most boss fights favors single-target DPS.

In short, I feel shortchanged as a sorc right now and if the situation at 21 is the same-- I'd feel shortchanged, too. Warriors will be an integral part of any team with a big role to play always. So will rogues. Right now having a sorc in the party is an 'okay' choice-- but it doesn't bring anything special to the table like the other two classes do.

Well, from the experience i had from them, i'd choose a mage
mages basically have 2 lives (mana shield) and im not a pvper so im not good with any of that combos and buffs and all that other junk
bears are cute :3 they are the tanks? they r stonger?

Actually mages shield reduces damage, it doesnt stop damage completely, unless you have that one upgrade which stops damage for 2 seconds. I say choose a warrior dont need pots unless your in elite mode. Playing as mage costs rouge costs thousands of gold which new people dont have

we share similar sentiments. mage is more fun. war is more effectual. Imo. my main is a war
