After the lvl cap gets raised, will the ppl who have already reach lvl 16 and obtained the extra points always have extra points or will it even out once everyone starts leveling to 20??

No, there has been no suggestion that characters that hit level 16 will always have one more skill point than characters that did not hit level 16. They will, however, get a cool exclusive item.Originally Posted by Ledlie

How do the lvl 16 toons have one more skill point? They just got the standard point everyone gets for a level up.

Because if you're level 15 you'll have 14 points and if you're level 16 you'll have 15 points, considering that you get one point per level up.
Well, yeah. But it isn't extra. Even after 5 cap updates lvl 15 will have 14 and lvl 16 will have 15. That's not extra, that's just your regular point you get.
