Recruiting for <ENDLESS>.

I been low lvl pvp'n on this game since release with quite a few different low lvls. I notice for all lvl ranges besides cap (31) lvl 21 is most active. also its very competitive with quite a few pros. I would love to have a clan of 21's to run with, test builds and to just have fun dominating this pvp range
