Too many Warth Jaw/Snaggle dropped from Jarl

I'm not sure it's a bug or not but people are getting 3-4 Warth Jaw/Snaggle from Jarl per hour. Is that our Xmas gift?
I know many other player really want to kill me because of posting this, but seriously, if this bug lasts longer, all other rare/epic pets will become rubbish, and it will kill the game some way. So please forgive me.

People complain about everything they can find. Which, is not a surprise, since you can't please everyone. I really like this update, I think they should leave it that way?

What people complain about is changes that result in lost money. For example, increasing the drop rate of an item will cause complaints by those who paid big money (gold or plat) for it when it was rare. However, not many folks would complain if the drop rate was lowered. Once an item is rare I suggest STS just leave it that way. Yes, folks will complain that it's too rare and too expensive, but nobody is going to stop playing because of that. If anything, they will just try harder to get that item. On the other hand, if you devalue the items people worked hard for, by either increasing drop rate or nerfing the stats, then people will indeed get upset and may possibly stop playing.

The OP was correct to report this as a bug. No need to jump on him as a complainer. These pets are supposed to drop in the new expansion. It says as much in the pet description. But those of us that farm elite Jarl know we see them drop frequently from him and its not supposed to drop there.

They aren't even very good pets.. people only want them for the AP.

I recently did a Jarl run and 2 wrath jaws dropped at the same time.. lol.

i find the luck elixir unfair to other players which cant buy platinum due to their country currency maybe make it somehow avilable in gold?

I agree completely that this is a bug. These pets should be dropping in the new maps and not in the older ones, as stated in the stables. However, it might be a little too late to salvage this situation with Snaggle and Wrath, as they seem to be already overfarmed. More importantly, this situation should not be allowed to repeat in the future.

This is one of the reasons why there are ally NPCs who might grant you a luck reroll elixir. This isn't related to this thread btw..

Indeed I feel this is also a bug and I'm sure STS will address this in the New Year. I'm sure it's not their intent for a 20 platinum egg (Wrath Jaw) for drop so frequently.
