I guess rogues get the best damage output with Wrath Jaw, others should pick Malison.

Malison is the best for Rogues and Warriors. Wrath Jaw gives a good DPS boost, and also a little bit of health regen. If you want to kill fast, use Malison. If you want to kill less fast but with more DEX, use wrath.
