Bug at Daily Story Quest

Now i only can get 3 story coin a day instead of 4. Strasz the bard in city of windmoore just give me 1 story quest. I cant do second quest. That because after done first quest i didnt now if my inventory full when i talked to bard message pop up said my inventory full, then i try talked to bard again and he said his throat was a bit parched, so no more quest and above his head there question mark not the yellow one but grey.

Just go to your quest list, and go directly to quest location from there.
