Leaving lvl 4 tomb runs before boss?

Why are people doing this? I see it every run.

Is it because running back around to the boss isn't worth it, based on xp per hour or something?

I guess i have to ask why do you want to kill the boss there? He gives nothing.

To finish the run? Get your time? Because he made fun of my haircut and needs to pay?

Why not kill him? It takes like 30-45 seconds total to run back up and kill him. Is that amount of time really so critical to folks? That's all I'm wondering.

no real point unless ur doing LB.

imagine you went to work 30-45mins extra for like 30 days without pay.

I think folks are just in tombs to level, so the time spent killing the boss is not worth it. In the time you spend running back to the boss and killing him, you can just do an elite jarl run.

I will add that I've gotten chests from the WT4 boss on a couple of occasions. Normal chests. I even got a pink staff worth 200g out of one lol.

Personally, my own OCD is telling me to take down the boss, but eh. PUGs aren't going to make LB and the chance at a normal chest isn't enticing enough haha.

i do boss mainly as he drops golden chest

WT4 drops L15-16 loot which isn't worth alot. Even if you do get a golden chest, it sells for around 1.2k unless you feel lucky and open it and get a pink worth >10k. Hence, it isn't really worth the time to backtrack to the boss to kill him, unless you're doing a leaderboard run.
