Reserved character name in use.

So. In the beginning I had some strange issues.
I could take character names that I was sure that I reserved at another account (and I'm still sure in it..) and I've seen "my" reserved names running around in the town too.. Devs wrote to my problem that they weren't reserved by me... My Platinum purchase history also had a 4K hole in it that was about a 4K purchase and about the list where I've spent it.
I was very angry and after a few e-mails.. I had enough of it and I was asking for a list that shows how many of my name reservations do I still have.
I got a list of only 15 names...
I was like "Okay, I don't g....a.f..... about it anymore, my most important names are still on the list." and I calmed down and took the losses.
Untill today when I bought some Platinums to create some of those characters.
When I got to create "Man" I got a message that "Name is in use! Please choose another one!"
WTF? Maybe I miswrote one of those 3 letters.... -____- I tried it again.. Minimum ten times... Same!
Same with Alpha too!
Now, is that enough proof that there IS a bug with my account in the system?
This was the 2nd thing that screwed my mind today. The first thing was to realise that when at last my money arrived to PayPal to buy some Plats to Agnes and myself, the sale was over.. Fuuuuuu!!!! And now this one.. Grrrr!!!

Agnes just told me, that the Platinum Sale isn't over... Just we didn't got that ammount that was wrote on the list.Cool! 2x165 instead of 2x248. para pappa paaaaaa I'm lovin' it!
And YES I know this is only for the first purchases! These were the first AL purchases for both of us! And maybe the last ones too..Somehow I had a feeling that I shouldn't buy bigger Platinum packs.. I was thinking on the biggest one, getting above 2,5K Plats Woo-hoo!! Pff..
Is it a must to get something disappointing every month?
My plan was to buy that 248 Plat in sale and create Alpha, Soldier, Patriot, Man, Barbarian and Cultist, buy the vanity sets, buy two bundles, one for Soldier one for Man and create a guild... Now I've spent almost all my 165 Plats on character slots to check if all my reserved names are taken.

I've sent friend request to both names and guess what! Both characters do exist!
May I ask to refund all the money I've spent on STS games for f*kin around with me in the last half year?
We're talking only about $2K at all accounts.
After the refound You can delete my accounts and do with the "reserved" characters whatever You want!
Okay.. no need to. But You should really do something because it is very annoying!
