Not gaining XP on any area!! help!

at first i thought it was only on the first areas before you arive at travelers outpost, but im not gaining xp on the dead city levels either!! whats wrong?!

You are probably level 21. Thats the highest level as of now. So you can't get any XP because there aren't any more levels yet.

There is also an option to disable gaining exp. Double check your options to make sure that isn't enabled.
