This would be awesome for either 1v1 or 3v3. To play 3v3 you would have to start as a party.

The big important factor would be making it so leaving after the opponent or other team shows up automatically counts as a loss so that people can't exploit by cherry picking opponents.

A ladder would be amazing for each setup. Itemizing special pvp gear that can't be traded or sold (and only stashed after a level cap increase) would be great. The stats should reflect gear optimized for pvp.

Also I think participating in ranked pvp should grant a pvp token and winning should grant 3 pvp tokens. Gear for pvp could then be exclusively sold for tokens, with really good gear being very expensive per piece.

I'd love to get a devs thoughts on whether this is feasible or not, but making pvp meaningful instead of an afterthought would definitely be an improvement to the game!
